Fundraising with the Seycove Auction
The Seycove Auction is a fundraiser for the four schools in the Mount Seymour area: Seycove Secondary School; Dorothy Lynas Elementary; Sherwood Park Elementary and Cove Cliff Elementary.

The Seycove Auction is a dinner, dance, live auction and silent auction. The students of each class put together theme baskets for the silent auction, while parents from all schools acquire donations of services, gift certificates, and donation items from the local businesses for the live and silent auction. The Seycove Auction is the main source of funding for the PAC and Cove Cliff Elementary alone receives around $10000 per year in profits of this event.

Our Auction Acquisitions team is always looking for great auction items in January and February, so if you can donate items or raffle prizes please contact us, we appreciate your help! The 2011-2012 Cove Cliff acquisitions team is headed up by Steve Weller, Jen Cleary is the co-chair and Christine Keuling does the auction baskets. If you are interested in joining the Auction team, we have some open positions to help with the planning of the event. We can use the volunteers - even if you're not planning on going to the Auction. e-mail us and let us know if you can help.

Each year a theme is selected for the evening, last year the theme was Super Heroes and Villians. Thank You to all the parents who came to the event and donated their time and energy, we raised over $60000 to help our schools and Cove Cliff received $11322.33.

The auction for 2012 is scheduled for March 3rd and it's sure to be a very fun night!.

Donation Campaign Fundraising
Each November the Cove Cliff PAC raises funds through the donation campaign. PAC Parents decided in 2003 to forego the popcorn sales and raffle ticket route in favour of a single donation campaign. This profitable event for Cove Cliff in the 2010-2011 school year raised over $4400. Thanks to all of us!


Hot Food Days The PAC supplies Cove Cliff students with a hot lunch on some Fridays and Mondays each month.

Orders are due for Spring by January 23rd, fill out your order online and bring your cheque made out to CCPAC to your child's teacher.

Information about the The School Directory can be found on the Resources Page. While the School Directory is a great resource for parents it also is a major fundraiser for the PAC, bringing in over $3800 per year.
